Claudine
Claudine is also a Veterinary Technician who has worked at the Alouette 'family' since 1992. She is extremely proud of the quality care that our patients and their humans are provided with here at Alouette. She is pictured here with her 'son' Benjamin.
Technicians
Naomi
Naomi graduated from the Animal Health Technology program in Ontario in 1982. She is a very gifted technician that pays attention to your pet's needs first and foremost. Naomi joined our staff in 2001. Naomi is pictured here with her lapdog 'Tigger.'
Jessica
Jessica is an Animal Health Technician who graduated from Douglas College in 2009 and joined our team upon graduation. Jessica and her family are from Pitt Meadows and have been clients of Alouette for many years. We are pleased to welcom her to our team. She is pictured with her dog "Kirby".
Jen
Jen worked with us part time while she is studying to be a certified Animal Health Technician. She to graduated from Douglas College in the spring of 2010. Prior to becoming a Technician, Jen helped to cover a variety of shifts from reception to assisting in the back during various procedures. She is pictured with her dog "Lola".
Reception/Veterinary Assistants
Ilona
Ilona is proud to be a veterinary receptionist here at Alouette since 1995. Ilona is the smiling face that will know your name when you walk in the waiting room. Ilona is pictured here with her kitty Charlie.
Kelley
Kelley is one of our veterinary receptionists and is also trained as a Veterinary Assistant. She is knowledgeable in many areas of canine behaviour. We are proud to have her as part of our family since 1996. Kelley is pictured here with her dog Spark.
Laurie
Laurie works in reception serving clients and attending to their pets as well as bathing and assisting with procedures in the kennel area. She joined the Alouette family in 2002. She is pictured with her dog "Bubba".
Shelley
Shelley is a veterinary assistant. She primarily works as an assistant in preparing pets for surgery, monitoring their recovery, X-rays and grooming and bathing. She also performs reception duties. She has been with the Alouette family since 2003. She is pictured with her own dog 'Stasia.'
Lynette
Lynette is a veterinary receptionist. She primarily works on weekends. Her duties include pet nursing care, assisting with X-rays, blood tests, and procedures on pets. She also assists clients at the reception desk. She has been a member of our hospital team since 2003. She is pictured with her dog "Maggie".
Nicole
Nicole is also a veterinary assistant. She joined the Alouette family in 2005. Nicole helps pets with grooming, bathing and various procedures as well as serving pet owners at the reception desk. She is pictured with her dogs "Belle" and "Bear".
Mary
Mary is a veterinary receptionist. She will be here to greet you at our front desk and help you with your pet's needs. Mary joined our team in 2005 and is pictured here with her two 'sons' Russell and Floyd.
Shawna
Shawna is a Veterinary Assistant. SHe joined our team in 2007 and works both in the front as well as assisting in all aspects of pet care in the back and in the "Chateau Alouette. She is pictured with her cat "Otis".
Tracey
Tracey works in all areas of reception and customer service. She has been with the Alouette family since 2006. She is pictured with her own cat Shorty.
Lesley
Lesley started with us working primarily on weekends, and is not full time. She is one of our caring receptionists whose goal is to make you and your pet's visit go as smoothly as possible. She joined the Alouette family in 2007. She is pictured with her "grand" dog Kasaya.
Sue
This is Sue with her two 'furry kids' Maggie and Bailz. Sue joined our team in Reception in 2007. Sue is happy to assist you and your pets during your visit to our clinic.
Kimmy
Kimmy is a Veterinary Assistant and she joined our team in 2007. She works in both the front serving clients as well as assisting during various procedures in the back and in the "Chateau Alouette" boarding hotel. She is pictured with her cat "Otis".

Hospital Host
Mr. Austin Powers , **Superstar**
Austin is our 'Hospital Host' and love bug. He came to us as a skinny stray who was found in a ditch in November 1999. Since then he has become the bearer of cuddles throughout the clinic. He will often be found greeting patients and their humans at the front desk. One of his favourite spots to nap is on our cat weigh scale! Austin has a huge fan club that grows by the day! He always welcomes a new friend so feel free to come and visit anytime!
